Board or Advisory

The mission of the Young Alumni Council (YAC) is to engage alumni in their first ten years after graduation and encourage them to continue their affiliation with the university, current students, and each other. The YAC keeps young alumni updated on Lehigh happenings as well as helping the Alumni Association and Lehigh University keep a pulse on the young alumni. YAC members aim to cultivate and strengthen the ties of young alumni to Lehigh University, as demonstrated by involvement, volunteerism, and philanthropy.

The Senior Alumni Council members are alumni who graduated at least 50 years ago. The council works on programs and events in support of their generation of alumni. The program includes the birthday card committee, welcome desk greeters in the Alumni Memorial Building, the Care Network outreach for senior alumni, and the Back to the Classroom program.

Widows of Lehigh alumni who are interested in continuing their affiliation with the University are more than welcome to participate!

The Lehigh University Alumni Association (LUAA) Board of Directors assists the Alumni Association staff in strategic planning to ensure that the activities and programs of the LUAA are implemented in a manner consistent with the mission of the LUAA.
